1. Terms of use
By using this website or buying a Phonimo product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Phonimo products are bought by parents, caregivers and educators for use with children.
All content on this site and in our products (text, illustrations, characters, page designs and the Phonimo name and logo) is owned by Evermount Global LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
2. Purchases and delivery
- We sell digital, printable products delivered as PDF files. No physical product is shipped.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout displays otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate or fee that is outside our control.
- Payment is processed by our third-party checkout and payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- After payment you receive an email with your access instructions, normally within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected], and we will send it manually.
- Purchases are one-time payments. We do not enrol you in a subscription and we do not charge a renewal.
- Where a product includes future additions, they are delivered to the same access at no extra charge when they are released.
3. Refund policy
7-day money-back guarantee. If Phonimo is not a good fit for your family, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with, and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
If your download did not arrive, does not open, or is not the product you paid for, write to us with your order details. We will fix the delivery or, where we cannot, refund the purchase, even after the 7 days.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money normally appears within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
4. How you may use Phonimo materials
When you buy a Phonimo product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. In plain terms:

5. Educational use
Phonimo is a home-learning resource. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace a teacher, a reading specialist, or a speech, language or learning professional when a child needs one. Children learn at different paces, and we do not promise a specific result in a specific time.
Research mentioned on our pages is cited as background for our teaching approach. The researchers and institutions cited are not affiliated with Phonimo and have not reviewed or endorsed our materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or of our materials is limited to the amount you paid us for them.
6. Privacy policy
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email address at checkout, and anything you write to us by email.
- Payment data. Handled by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation and, at most, the last digits of the card; we never receive or store the full number.
- Usage data. Standard analytics and advertising data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived) collected through cookies and similar technologies, including those of advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
Children's privacy
Our products are bought and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
What we use it for
- To deliver what you bought and to provide support.
- To send you email about Phonimo, if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need in order to operate: payment and checkout processors, email delivery, hosting, and analytics or advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and cookies that measure advertising performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, and our measurement will simply be less accurate.
Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and marketing contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
